岗位描述：机械应用工程师 主要职责: 负责与客户的机械技术沟通，涉及电子水泵时与团队的电子工程师以及其他职能部门的技术对接，以确保整个水泵的产品应用开发。 负责项目前期与客户之间的技术沟通，识别客户需求及公司内产品技术方案的制订 利用本地及欧洲技术资源按照项目计划完成对应工作(设计，制造，测试等)，配合项目经理完成项目计划。 创建产品研发内部的时间计划，跟踪进度并及时向研发经理和项目经理进行汇报。 负责执行和解决项目中所有技术问题 负责部分零部件的设计和开发 遵循工程开发流程及变更流程，把控项目技术风险，负责design review的整理及发表。 资格和要求: 机械设计制造及其自动化或类似工程专业 3年以上应用工程师经验 具备机械结构的设计，开发，验证等经验 有汽车零部件行业工作经验者优先 有条理、有逻辑的工作风格，注重细节 对客户需求的满足和有客户问题解决经验者优先 良好的英语口头和书面沟通能力以及发表能力 良好的技术发表的能力和经验 团队合作能力

岗位描述：Electronics application engineer Key responsibilities. - Collect and record SW/HW requirements - Analyze HW/SW requirements and discuss them in the team - Defining technical requirements for HW/SW - Organize and facilitate the review of HW/SW requirements - Support the acquisition phase by creating HW/SW concepts and definition of HW/SW functions/characteristics - Ensure traceability between system requirements and HW/SW requirements - Maintain HW/SW requirements database - Traceability in the responsible domain - Support system integration ,coordinate and manage partners and suppliers - Interface with customer for technical communication, and interface wit EU team - Support leadership communication meetings and documents - involve the VAVE activities and problem solving Requirements/Qualification - Bachelor of Science in Electrical &Electronics Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 3 years(5 years preferred)system engineering experience in industry - In-depth knowledge of software, software development and electronic hardware - logical mindset and detail focused - Team members and communicators - good presentation skills and oral English - Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point)
